The Location

Located on Malaysian Borneo, Sabah has been widely acknowledged as one of the most profitable centres for property investment in the country today. Thriving primarily on its strong tourism and agriculture industries, it is now widely recognized as one of the nation’s fastest developing property markets.

The first edition of the Property Investment and Home Expo (PIHex) in 2012 conceptualized as an exhibition to highlight developers and projects for investors and buyers in Kota Kinabalu, it has since expanded to other parts of the state as well.

2013 will feature three editions of the expo in Sabah: PIHex Kota Kinabalu, PIHex Sandakan and PIHex Tawau. Catering to the needs of local property buyers, PIHex Kota Kinabalu will be the largest of the three, with the Sandakan and Tawau versions serving as travelling events that will showcase several of the same developers and agencies.

The Concept

Property Investment and Home Expo (PIHex) is a Business-to-Consumer (B2C) event that aims to bring investors and home buyers to property developers with the ever growing demand in premium property. PIHex strives to present only the best that are available in the market.

The Target Audience

The exhibitions are held towards the weekend, allowing potential buyers and visitors plenty of time to visit the exhibition and also to attend the talks. Invitations will be distributed via relevant trade organisations, real estate agencies, banks and exhibitors in order to attract quality visitors to the event.
