This week-end 25th October 2013 to 27th October 2013 at Mid Valley Exhibition Center (MVEC); there will be the most important property expo of Malaysia, MAPEX. This exhibition differs from all the others as it is organized by Rehda which is the Developers Association. There are several MAPEX during the year mostly in Kuala Lumpur, Penang and Johor Bharu and this in Kuala Lumpur is considered to be the biggest.
Dr Daniele Gambero (CEO REI Group of Companies) has been requested by Rehda to give two presentations on Saturday 26th October 2013 and Sunday 27th October 2013 afternoon. The first talk will be very triggering as Dr Daniele will probably be the first speaker in Malaysia to give a talk on “Budget 2014: How it will Affect the Property Industry” and on Sunday to cover some insights and projections on the areas of higher growth for the next few years.
MAPEX 2013 – Talk Schedules
These talks will cover briefly on:-
- Penang, KK and more in detail for Klang Valley (Southern and Western Corridors of future growth),
- Kuala Lumpur (Over supply of office space and the future private and public mega projects) and of course,
- the Iskandar Malaysia which is considered the MOST STRATEGICALLY SUSTAINABLE LOCATION in the whole region (SEA).
